Liquid Holiday Wishlists: StarCraft II
December 15 2017
Twas the night before grand finals, and all through the house, not a player was stirring, not even a Razer DeathAdder Elite Gaming Mouse. With the nerves of competition, the teams all wrote down: a list of their wishes, their thoughts holiday bound. We’ve collected them here and added some fluff, with hopes they’ve been nice enough for some cool stuff.
Have a wonderful holiday, and a great new year too.

Dear Santa,
Hope you’ve been enjoying the latest patch and the ping isn’t too bad up there. This year I’d like more events to take place in Poland, especially somewhere in the center or north because all of the events are in the south and far away from me. Also, it would be great if you could include a way to deal with Zerg, maybe get the elves working on some build orders or a new unit.

Dear Santa,
I was hoping we could get one more major global tournament with 6 player group stages leading into a double elimination bracket. Some balance adjustments are needed as well, if you could reduce the strength of big air units and remove infestors’ ability to fungal while burrowed I’d really appreciate it. Make sure to let as many people as possible know that SC2 is free to play now and more fun than ever!

Dear Santa,
Right now I honestly don’t have any tournament wishes. I think a break is just right as players get ready for next season! In the sake of the spirit though, Santa hat skins for Overlords would be fun. My main wish is for even more skill and even better results!

Dear Santa,
As my holiday wish I would love for some surprise Dutch events to be announced, I love Dutch events. If somehow Blizzard gets inspired to make some changes you should have them nerf the Zealot, Immortal, Archon, Carrier, Phoenix, and Stalker so I would be able to play mech in every matchup and never have to play anything else, that would be great. Maybe once during the season you use some holiday magic to make everyone win their ladder games from their pov, so all my angry ladder friends would experience happiness and peace, even if just for one day <3

The Liquid Review - April 2023
It's been an interesting start to the year for many of the Liquid teams, to say the least. Upsets and disappointments abound despite star-studded rosters across League of Legends, VALORANT, and CS:GO — although stalwart high performers like Team Liquid Brazil and rapha continue to establish themselves as powerhouses in their respective esports. Regardless, April brings with it plenty of opportunities for a turnaround. Catch up with the latest in Liquid with the Liquid Review.
