League of Legends Liquid secures 3-0 victory over NRG Ah, twas' a delightful agony they have received--they being NRG of course. This weekend, the quarterfinals for the NA LCS took place and boy, let's just say Team Liquid took home a fairly convincing 3-0 clean sweep against 5th seed NRG.

CS:GO Liquid unfazed by fanatical group stage This wasn't supposed to happen. With this being the first Major on North American soil there was plenty of NA hype coming into this tournament. A record number of NA teams qualified and there were some pretty favorable groups. But this was not one of the outcomes which anyone expected. Liquid is on to the quarter finals in first place after defeating both FaZe and Fnatic.

League of Legends TL Open Tryouts: LoL NA CS After making a late season surge in NA CS, our Academy team ended up losing to Apex 3-1 and falling just short of making the promotion tournament. To ensure the best possible chance in the next season of NA CS, we are re-evaluating our roster with open tryouts in all roles. The current Team Liquid Academy players will join the tryouts alongside all of the other applicants.

Smash True God of Smash: Hungrybox wins SXSW The Battle of the Five Gods at SXSW was framed as a test of the Five Gods of Melee. All the mortals in attendance would be after their thrones, yet everyone expected the Gods to do battle in the brackets. Yet the Gods fell, one by one. Until only one remained. In a pantheon of greats Hungrybox proved immaculate, and while the Gods will continue to do battle, for now, he stands above them all.
